By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions for your stay at our short-stay apartments. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and these rules help us maintain that standard for all guests.
1. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: From 12:00 AM
Check-out time: By 02:00 PM
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Weekend stays, single-night bookings, and short stays are common, and rates are calculated based on your stay duration.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in will incur a 25% charge of the total booking amount.
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
4. Damage Deposit (Borg)
A damage deposit (borg) may be required at the time of check-in. This will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that:
No damage to the property or contents has occurred.
No excessive cleaning is required.
No breaches of house rules were noted (e.g., noise complaints).
In case of damage or loss, the repair/replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit, guests will be liable for the additional costs.
5. House Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the apartment’s listing.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors.
Parties and events are not allowed unless prior permission has been granted.
Guests are responsible for the behavior of any visitors they bring to the apartment.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the apartment during their stay (e.g., locking doors and windows when leaving the premises).
7. Maintenance and Repairs
Please report any maintenance issues or damages immediately so that we can address them promptly.
We reserve the right to enter the apartment for necessary repairs or maintenance with prior notice, except in emergency situations.
8. Health and Safety
Guests must comply with all local health and safety regulations, including fire safety measures.
The use of the apartment is at the guest’s own risk, and we do not accept liability for any accidents or injuries that occur during your stay.
